Stacy was one of the first craft brewery accountants when Gordon Biersch Brewing Company opened in 1989. She was dubbed “The First Lady of Gordon Biersch.” When the photographer came out for this photoshoot, she was asked to be on the cover as she was the only woman in the business. She loved working here, but greatly regrets this hair style.
